No longer afraid of oil changes! I seriously used to dread the day when I had to take my vehicle in for an oil change. I love that when I show up at the express lane, Michael is there to greet me. He has made the process so easy that I no longer dread oil change day. He's very polite, considerate, and clearly values both his job and his customers. I also appreciate that he takes the time to go through exactly what was done to my vehicle, what needs to be done, and asks if I have any questions, and addresses them when I do. I also love that the waiting room is clean, comfortable, and does not smell of smoke. Having my vehicle washed after an oil change is a huge bonus!
