Good Experience Mike (Ranger) was the first salesperson to greet us as we walked into the dealership on a snowy, cold day in February. Approx 3 hours later we had a deal, traded our 15 Jeep, signed documents, met the service dept, got a tutorial on new features & drove off in our new Jeep. Ranger was a friendly sort but knows his business & made the process quick & easy. He even followed up with us about a week later to see how we were getting along & checked on a couple of questions we had. So we came to Olathe Jeep for the selection, left with a new purchase & felt like we were treated very well every step along the way. More

Best New Car Purchase Ever! I have never given a review before, for anything, but feel obligated to share my wonderful experience with Olathe Dodge and Brianna States. We wanted to purchase a Pacifica but had no clue what model we wanted, what the current financing options were and overall, lacked any knowledge of what dealer to purchase from. We went to several dealerships and it quickly became apparent that Bri and Olathe Dodge was the best to work with. Bri simplified the overall selection process by sharing detailed information on the various models, differences, and what makes up the total cost. She then simplified and provided a detailed understanding of the discounts, financing and overall what we would have to pay. She made herself available to us night and day and made the buying process the easiest I've ever encountered. I was never pressured and the entire process was painless and stress free. I'm a complainer by nature with cars but have nothing but nice things to say about my overall experience. More

I had the pleasure of dealing with Daniel States and Brianna States. This has been hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. I was very intimidated in the past by car sales people, but Daniel and Brianna made the entire process very fun, and enjoyable and painless. They continued to give me updates on the status of me Jeep as well as helped me through a process of selling one of my vehicles. Brianna and Daniel made me feel like I was more than a customer, they made me feel as if I was a part of the Olathe Jeep family, as well as their own family!
