Mike listens rather than talking My wife and I saw a used FJ on their lot and we knew what we wanted from previous research. We met Mike right before closing one evening and he stayed My wife and I saw a used FJ on their lot and we knew what we wanted from previous research. We met Mike right before closing one evening and he stayed late with a good attitude. We continued to look and decided to stop by Olathe Dodge to take another look during daylight hours a couple days later. Mike was off that day but was in the dealership just by chance. He made my wife and I comfortable. He knew we were knowledgeable, respected that and listened to our wants and needs. We would have been happier and given 5 stars if we only had to deal with Mike.
