Absolutely worst experience I have ever had. I bought the nicest Dodge truck money could buy, diesel, dually, Mega cab loaded with everything. At 24,000 miles the transmission goes out and they tell me they nicest Dodge truck money could buy, diesel, dually, Mega cab loaded with everything. At 24,000 miles the transmission goes out and they tell me they wont warranty it. Abuse. THEY are the ones that told me the transmission was nearly bullet proof and its not bad. Must be electrical he said. Drive it on in he said. Then they tear it down and its burned up. Abuse? No. I did what they told me to do. $8,772 later my truck is not the same as it use to be. More

The friendliness was great because the man that I was with was not pushy on selling at all he was more concerned on what I wanted and not just sell sell sell. My overall experience was great because i left with EXACTLY what i wanted an American made hatchback that was good on gas, The dodge durango. The price was absolutely in my price range they definitely worked with me on getting the car, and I loved that i got to go home with it the same day. The other employee I worked with there i sadly can not remember his name but I heard he is no longer with us. More
Our experience here was awful. If I could, I would give negative stars. My husband had a verbal agreement for a new vehicle including what his trade-value was and transportation fees because the vehicl negative stars. My husband had a verbal agreement for a new vehicle including what his trade-value was and transportation fees because the vehicle was outside the city limits. The next day we went back with the intention to purchase the vehicle; the only change was this vehicle was located 100mi futher than previously expected. The salesman presented us with a deal which was $400 less than the deal the day prior because this vehicle was 100miles further away. However, the transportation cost had previously been agreed upon and waived. This was frustrating; ultimately, the manager spoke with us about the deal. He attempted to bully us into it. He stated 'this salesman has spent 4 hours of his time with you, isn't that work $400? He's only going to make $200 off of you by selling you this vehicle". This was beyond unprofessional and the opposite of any kind of customer service that is acceptable. A new vehicle is expensive, it takes thought and consideration in purchasing, and even $400 makes a difference. We will never go back there. More

We had visited another dealer, prior to Olathe Dodge, which was one of the worst times I have ever had, attempting to purchase a vehicle. My husband called Olathe, and Scott Wells, answered. From the first phone call, we were excited to look at vehicles, again. No pushiness, just listened well, to our needs and desires of the kind of vehicle we were contemplating. My husband travels, so we did three way calling, to discuss the arrangements.... Again, listened to our needs and worked effortlessly to accomplish the deal we were happy with. Scott Wells offered to help me with and questions I may have, even after leaving the lot, that was priceless! Greg, in financing was awesome, as well. Me being a woman, without my husband there, was a little scared, however, Greg made sure I was comfortable with each element, before moving forward! On a scale from 1-100, they made it 110! Honest and personable, thanks to Scott, for building a relationship, that we will go back to, for our vehicle needs and care! More
