The service mechanic I met was pleasant and welcoming. I had an experience with a different dealership who did not act as welcoming and responsive, so I choose to visit Olathe and am thrilled I did. Great Dealership except.. 2nd time we've purchased a vehicle with this dealership. Love Sylvester and Daniel on the Jeep side. It wouldn't stop us from doing business there, but I will not work with that finance guy again. We would ask for another. It does however keep us from giving 5 stars. More

Great Service I recently took my Dodge Durango to their service department because it was overheating. I got right in and waited on it. Couldn't have been better! HAD to get a different car due to the current car having so many issues, it would have been costly and not worth putting anymore money into. Mike and Joe provided me a list of what they had on the lot in my price range, which was excellent. I didn't have to waste anyone's time looking at autos I could not afford. Picked one out, was able to keep it for the weekend to try it on for size and purchased it! Most excellent service and THE MOST FRIENDLIEST car salesman and Manager I have ever encountered in the car buying world! Matt and Bill took their time with me, very patiently explained the things I didn't understand and helped me to decide which options were best for me. Both of them worked thru my anxiety about having to make a car payment I have not had to make in 17 years! A huge thank you to Mike, Joe, Matt, and Bill! You 4 are THE BEST!
