Great expereince - get salesperson Mike Moutray, Sr. was really helpful. I first met with him a week ago, test drove some Jeeps and stayed within email contact with him the next week. Mike Moutray, Sr. was really helpful. I first met with him a week ago, test drove some Jeeps and stayed within email contact with him the next week. I decided to purchase my Jeep Unlimited from him on Saturday due to the knowledge he had of the vehicle and more importantly, the quick negotiation on the final price. Before I arrived, he already had pricing ready to go. The office, management and finance staff at Olathe DCJ is some of the best I have encountered at any dealership. They did take of me and the entire process was quick, I was out of the dealership in about 2 hours - pretty quick to come in, get financed and get the car ready. Honestly, they are very good and I would recommend Mike Moutray, Sr. and the entire staff of Olathe DCJ for a purchase. More

Horrible service department The service department is pretty bad. I took my van to get a door rattle fixed, the first time they had it for 5 days. Called me and said it was fixed The service department is pretty bad. I took my van to get a door rattle fixed, the first time they had it for 5 days. Called me and said it was fixed and it wasnt. The second time they have had it for over 3 weeks now and have called me twice saying that it was fixed. If they would have driven the van around they would have realized that it was not near fixed. I didnt make it out of the parking lot because of how bad the rattle was. I drove from one side of the building to the garage on the other side and left it to be "fixed" again. They told me it would be fixed by Wednesday 09/30/15 and it is now friday 10/02/15 and have not heard anything about it. I called and they didnt know what is goinng on with it. I wouldn't recommend going to the service department. Its a waste of time. Find another location. I have taken off work 3 times already and soon will be a 4th time for this one issue. Not satisfied at all More
