SO HELPFUL Mike, in the service department at Olathe Jeep, helped me diagnose a problem that the service department at Schram Chrysler could not repair. Stay away from Schram Chrysler in Manhattan, KS. My daugher is enrolled at K-State and her jeep broke down. It was throwing over 40 codes. We had the jeep towed to Schram since they were in Manhattan, KS. They worked on it for an entire day and swore, they had zero clue what could be wrong. I called Mike at Olathe Jeep and he trouble shooted with me over the phone. It ended up being a battery issue that took 30 seconds to repair. Mike was wonderful. Stay away from Scam Chrysler in Manhattan, KS. I wouldnt go back to Scam Chrsyler is they offered me free service/repair for a lifetime. Olathe Jeep was very kind and concerned about my 18 year old daughters car needs. More

Radio repair First they told me that my radio had short that would not let it read my Ipod. Then after switching out the radio they tell me my radio is not compat First they told me that my radio had short that would not let it read my Ipod. Then after switching out the radio they tell me my radio is not compatible with ipod But in the Jeep owners it clearly says to plug your ipod in to the Usb ports. The service guy didn't even know that there is a USB port in the center console. When I called Jeep they confirmed that the radio is not compatible because ipod is mp4 file not mp3, but yet my radio will Bluetooth the ipod. More

They wrecked my truck & tried to lie about the damage Took my truck in for the 1st oil change. I come back & the guy admitted that an employee backed my truck into something. He said the only damage was a busted taillight & that it they already replaced it. The customer service guy pulled my truck around & tried to send me on my way. I look at my truck & the rear bumper is pushed up & in about 2 inches. Also, the quarter panel was slightly buckled. Mind you my truck has a rear backup camera, plus parking sensors front & rear.
