Same-day purchase I stopped by the dealership to "just look" at lunch. I was greeted by John as soon as I set foot on the lot. I asked about a trade-in, and he rushed o I stopped by the dealership to "just look" at lunch. I was greeted by John as soon as I set foot on the lot. I asked about a trade-in, and he rushed off to start the valuation process. I walked around the lot nonchalantly staring at the plethora of beautiful RAM trucks that they offered. John mentioned something in passing about checking out the Rebel. As I strode through the aisles, RB showed up and immediately directed me towards a black 2015 Rebel. I was overwhelmed how it fit exactly what I was looking for. 2015, check. Black, check. Loaded with more options and gizmos than I can count, check. Within price range, check. RB asked if I wanted him to get the keys, to which I remember hardly answering through the drool and excitement. He knew what was up. John returned, we thanked RB for his kind assistance, and drove off for a test drive in what could possibly be my new truck. It drove like a dream. We floated down the highway and back, and I was almost sort of sad that it was over so quickly. I accompanied John into his office and proceeded to crunch some quick numbers. The numbers looked good, the truck looked good, and I told John right then and there to start the paperwork. I had to quickly run back to work for a few meetings, and spent the next few hours itching to go see my new truck again. With work over, I headed back down to the dealership. John and Eric had me out of there within an hour. Eric made the finance paperwork as simple as it could have possibly been and John had my brand new truck all gassed, shined, and ready to go for me. We traded keys, and I drove home in my new 2015 RAM 1500 Rebel 4x4. I came in driving a 2011 Chevy and left driving a 2015 RAM. This was the single best buying experience that I've ever had at a dealership. Courteous, professional, and prompt. These guys are #1 in my book! More
