2014 Ram Recalls I was in a time crunch due to work commitments and had a very small window to have my truck worked on. Jerry and the service folks were able to get me I was in a time crunch due to work commitments and had a very small window to have my truck worked on. Jerry and the service folks were able to get me in and out of the door fast. I was there for a total of 80 minutes for two recalls. I will certainly come back to trade my truck in or have any work done to it. More

Going above and beyond to help me decide I currently drive a 2014 challenger SXT Plus. I have been debating trading in for a Scat Pack, but wasn't 100% I had the pleasure of speaking with C I currently drive a 2014 challenger SXT Plus. I have been debating trading in for a Scat Pack, but wasn't 100% I had the pleasure of speaking with Celia, who set me up with an appointment with Brandon Bettge. I shared with them my previous experience with another dealer who would not let my test drive a 392 Hemi without verifying it was in my price range. Brandon's response was "I wouldn't buy a $20 pair of shoes without trying them on, so I can understand where you are coming from." I informed both Celia and Brandon that I was there to see if it was everything I was looking for, and that I most likely wouldn't be able to afford it right now. They were both willing to let me drive one nevertheless. The effort Brandon went through to let me drive one was commendable. The only one they had was one they just received an hour or so earlier. It was still in ship mode, and he did everything he could to get it drive-able for me at around 7:00 PM. We went on a test drive and it exceeded my expectations! It is the perfect blend of Cruiser and Bruiser ;) Afterwards Brandon went over the numbers with me as best he could, because I didn't want my credit run. He gave me a fair offer, and I knew he was trying to do everything he could to get it within my price range. It was not, but by no fault of the dealer, only in what I can afford now. In about half a year I will be in a better position. I will be back for sure, simply because of the way I was treated, and I won't forget to speak with Brandon. More
