Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM - Service Center

I made an appointment to have my vehicle evaluated for a warranty claim. When I showed up at the scheduled appointment, I was told that I would have to leave my vehicle there for 2-3 days and the appointmen warranty claim. When I showed up at the scheduled appointment, I was told that I would have to leave my vehicle there for 2-3 days and the appointment was just to drop off my vehicle. I insisted that someone look at my vehicle that day. It took them approximately 15 minutes to look at the missing piece of trim and confirm it was covered under warranty. I was told the part had to be ordered and would be in approximately 5 days later (August 3rd). I was assured that I would be called when the part was on to schedule a time for repair. It is now August 14th and no call. I called today to check the status and have had to leave several messages for Michael because apparently he's the only person that can tell me if the part has arrived. More

Worst customer service experience I have ever had anywhere. Rude initially, then realized the mistake and changed their tune. Had vehicle for over 2 weeks and still never found the problem.
