Horrible wait time. And they really don't take care of the customer. A week job turned into over a month. They say there are extra customers ahead of us (oil change is they money maker). Again 5 different times they chanithe pick up date when my car will be ready. They never all to give you updates. They don't even answer when you call them. Avoid Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep. Any dealership is better than this. They literally do not care about the customer. Wouldn't even give a loaner car after not havoa vehicle for a month. And to top it off. There is a scratch on the front bumper pasager side that was not there. Again they do not care. Bo do wormed. Don't let the polite and smiles fool you when it comes to the service department. More

Tech found a short in the radio. I was informed by Jackson that a new radio was available. I advised him to order and install the new radio. Jackson did not reach out to me with this information and if I hadn't called, who knows how long the car would have sat at the dealers. My appointment was at 7:15 am on Monday and it was not checked out until the next day. No one called to let us know that our car would not be looked at that day. I cannot say enough about Jared who has been working on a frustrating issue with my Dodge 2500. He stays on it and continues to track repair parts.
