backup camera service Had an increasing-in-frequency problem with the backup camera in my 2019 RAM 1500 (green static covering head unit screen making backup camera useless Had an increasing-in-frequency problem with the backup camera in my 2019 RAM 1500 (green static covering head unit screen making backup camera useless). During the most recent flair up of this problem I took a video of the screen with my smartphone and showed it to the service advisor when I took the truck in (I suspect this may be why a "fix" was discovered on this visit). Regardless if that is why, I was seen within two days, the backup camera was determined to be the causal reason for the static, and the camera was replaced. The problem has not recurred. Very satisfied with the service received. More

I would never recommend having any service work done here. Instead of honoring their warranty on their work they chose to make up new issues that were not present and confirmed not to be true by other s here. What could have been an hour of work and a $100 part they chose to lie and try to charge $7000 to me for repairs that didn’t exist. I guess they got their wish. They didn’t have to fix my truck or honor their warranty. I will never return. More
