Had a 7AM appointment for service and was 1st in line of early bird drop off. Didn't hear from rep until 12:30 when I called and service wasn't complete till 5:30PM. This was my first time to ODCJR's express service, and it was just that. After checking me in, I was quoted 45 minutes to an hour, and I was back in my vehicle in 45 minutes. Hector took care of me from star was just that. After checking me in, I was quoted 45 minutes to an hour, and I was back in my vehicle in 45 minutes. Hector took care of me from start to finish, and he was professional and friendly. He explained my options and provided the high level of service I expected. He even came to find me outside where I decided to wait today. Not that there was anything wrong with the waiting room. There was plenty of seating, a tv, a nice toddler play area, and a coffee station. Restrooms were nearby and clean. I will definitely be back. More
