I really don’t like the new service program in the express lane. I really like the old one that had 4 oil changes. This new one that only has 3 oil changes and tire rotation is worthless to me. He made me feel very uncomfortable. He never once said sorry for the miscommunication all he was saying is it was a miscommunication. I was leaving the building and getting in my car already upset.
