Service on the Promaster part of our Winnebago Travato I appreciate the fact I can have a reliable Dodge dealer in town who services commercial vehicles. Our Winnebago Travato is a class B camper van bu I appreciate the fact I can have a reliable Dodge dealer in town who services commercial vehicles. Our Winnebago Travato is a class B camper van built on a Dodge Ram Promaster chassis, which I believe falls under the service category of commercial vehicles. While vacationing in Colorado last year, I found it nearly impossible to find someone willing to do an oil change. I've never had an issue getting these basic services done at Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM, however. Their work is completed in a timely manner & for a typical charge you'd find at a dealership. Their customer service lounge is extremely lacking in amenities, however, compared to Olathe Toyota & Ancona Honda where we service our cars. I deducted 1 star because of that. There is NO food or drink machines, & the chairs & decor are very basic & ugly. Since I always wait for my vehicles, I think they need to check out the lounges in the aforementioned dealerships & upgrade theirs accordingly. More
