Tire Rotation I brought in some lug studs for a tire rotation along with wipe blades and a fog light bulb. The dealership said the fog light was working and aske I brought in some lug studs for a tire rotation along with wipe blades and a fog light bulb. The dealership said the fog light was working and asked me if I still wanted to replace. I said no I would just return it as it's a $30 bulb. I asked them to put it back in the sack from the store. The next day when i went to get the sack out, there wasn't a bulb in the sack. I called and they told me they never took it out of the car, but they put it back in the sack? More or less I am out $30 because I didn't confirm what I trusted them to do. They said there was nothing they could do because they were confident they put it back in my car. I felt that they must've not put it back where they found. If it'd never been taken out of the car, it would be in the sack. They left the seat cover and paper floor mat and an empty box the lug studs were in, so seeing how they brought the car back, I should've confirmed. I still need to confirm my fog light is actually working as it wasn't. I've been going to the dealership for years and this is the first time I've felt they haven't' been the best. I know i have a duty as a consumer, but I expected a better resolution than sorry it's your fault. More
