I purchased my Jeep over two years ago from Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM. I have had it serviced and repaired at the dealership from the beginning. I recently wanted to add a lift to the Jeep. I was able to discuss my questions and concerns with Mark Burks who is the dealerships lift expert. Because of his advice and information I purchased a Mopar 2 inch lift kit from the parts department. After the install I brought it in for an alignment and a check. They got me right in and performed the check and alignment. The parts department beat everyones price including online dealers. The Jeep rides fantastic and is exactly what I was looking for. The peace of mind know they will take care of you is priceless. Very friendly staff and professional employees. I would like to give a shout out to Jake for his help also. Thank you More

The best experience at a dodge dealer ever. I got a letter for a recall that needed to be done on my ram 2500. I am really picky about who works on my vehicle and where I take it. Jacob was awesome throughout this entire service visit. Hands down BEST service that I’ve have had. They got my recall done. I was in & out in under a hour. They have me a free multipoint inspection and made me aware of things that are going on with my vehicle. Great job olathe dodge. Will return for future service. More

Misc. Charge Non Explanation I would advise customers to shop around... My 2015 Jeep Renegade with 43,000 miles had a thermostat go out on a cold day, not an isolated incident if I would advise customers to shop around... My 2015 Jeep Renegade with 43,000 miles had a thermostat go out on a cold day, not an isolated incident if you do a quick search on 'Service Engine Light'. The Renegade, as a result of this indicator, disables the ability to use 4-wheel drive and also, remote start in my case. Living in the midwest and these cold temperatures and road conditions, those are kind of important features. My Jeep stays in the garage overnight, but that wasn't enough from keeping this part from failing. What happened next is what lead to a very generous 3 star rating. I dropped off the jeep between 9:15 - 9:30, was told I would get a call within about an hour after the $145(ish) diagnostic. At 12:28, I received a call telling me about the thermostat and 4 hour repair job for $853. Yep, a new thermostat for $853. $600 for labor (essentially $150/hour). The actual part was $79.02, and coolant for $25.70, they must use glacier liquid as I can go to the auto shop on the corner for half that price and I'm sure they buy in bulk. BUT here's the kicker, above all else, a Misc. Charge for $74.99 "CUSTOMER PAY SHOP SUPPLIES FOR REPAIR ORDER" FOR $74.99. That make any sense to you? It sure doesn't to me, when I inquired about the Misc. charge when paying the bill, I was told it was parts, but when I pointed out the Parts Amount had it's own line item, I was told it was parts. This was my second car purchased at the dealership, and having gone through this service experience, I'll be sure to shop around for my next vehicle purchase. More
