I have been taking my vehicle to various places for its routine maintenance. However because of Michael, my car has a new service "home" at Olathe DCJR. He delivered a level of service, more than I had expected. More

Desk lady Sherri was rude Service was good as far as the garage. But speaking with the front desk service person Sherri was a task itself. Very rude and blew off requests. I had dropped off my vehicle and came back about 2 hours I had went up to the desk and asked Sherri if she could look into about how much longer my car would take. I waited 30 min and waved my ride to leave. I then went back up there and asked again she said the service consultant was on the phone. I watched a whole movie in the waiting room after that and watched as the full waiting room cleared out. I went up to the desk again and staired at her while she was joking with a customer on the phone. I stood there for a good 10 min. She got off the phone and began to walk away I said excuse me ma'am I had an appointment for 12 pm it's now 3:30 how much longer is it going to be for an oil change and tire rotation and for them to look at my seat panel? She then told me to wait again and walked off. I could see my car sitting in the garage with no one working on it . I waved for my service guy to come here he told me that he didn't know I had came back for it yet. He gave me the rundown on what they did and didn't do. I got my paperwork and waited on Sherri to get off the phone for another 20 min. I interrupted her to ask her if I could write a check ( I knew I could but I was trying to get her to see that I really need to leave) it took it seemed a life time to chicken peck the keyboard and write down the numbers she needed on my check. At this point I was irritated and she was being very unprofessional. Overall Sherri should be replaced due to lack of communication and manners. I had missed 2 other appointments that day all because she couldn't do what was asked of her. More
