Ripoff Rescue Hired a national chain tire store to rotate and balance my tires and perform a wheel alignment. The car drove so poorly after the work was performed that I brought it to Olathe Dodge to inspect their work. Turns out that part of the work hadn’t been done at all, and part incorrectly.. Thanks to Jerry for not only spotting and fixing all the problems but providing documentation so that I could pursue a refund from the tire store. More

Horrible experience! Service Advisor did not return calls. Given the run around by all including the service manager. They had my car for 3 weeks. We called Chrysler Care Service Advisor did not return calls. Given the run around by all including the service manager. They had my car for 3 weeks. We called Chrysler Care for help and were treated well and problems solved. We have bought many Jeep’s and Chrysler”s in the past and had wonderful experiences with Jay Wolfe and Overland Park Jeep. Would never recommend Olathe Jeep. More
