Service/Body Dept-Corbin is a JOKE ! Had a piece of siding that was coming off our Jeep Grand Cherokee. Took it in for them to put it back on ( double sided sticky tape ). We were outside Had a piece of siding that was coming off our Jeep Grand Cherokee. Took it in for them to put it back on ( double sided sticky tape ). We were outside of our 36,000 mile warranty ( not by a lot )but they said they would fix it free this time but not the next. They said we will fix the other side too since it was coming off. That was Thursday and today the driver side at some point totally blew off. Called the Service Dept. to tell them what happened and to get them to replace it and put it on. Corbin tells us that they fixed it for free the first time and that we would have to pay for the replacement part and to have it put on. Now that is crazy ! You put it on as a favor to us and it blows off our Jeep in 24 hours and you say " there's nothing I can do , I should have charged you the first time but I was being nice " ! , in a very cocky sarcastic way. You'd think a returning Jeep purchaser and buying a $50K vehicle, they would have treated us much better. This was their error, not ours. They offered to fix the issue and then it was their poor workmanship that caused the part to come off, not ours !! I'd think twice about going here whether buying a new vehicle or going in for service, it all comes full circle. After an hour of reflection it's still unbelievable that something this simple is so troublesome.. More
