When I pulled in the drive I waited several minutes standing next to my car before I was acknowledged to start. When I was finally greeted that is when my stomach started to churn in disgust. I do not know how in today's society that it would be permissible to allow your employee's to chew tobacco while talking to customers. The adviser spit into a trash can about every 30 seconds or so while checking me in. This is unacceptable in any customer service roll to me. I would hope that this is an isolated incident. More

I am very particular with this car as it is a rare collectable Viper in museum quality, so how it is handled is extremely important to me. Jake takes every step possible to ensure this happens and goes out of his way to communicate what is happening and delivers on his promises. He works through any problems efficiently and is an advocate for the customer making sure repairs are handled as cost effectively as possible while fully addressing the issue. I have other collectible and rare vehicles but none of those dealerships (all very high-end boutique brands) make me feel as comfortable as Jake does to leave the car in his possession. More

Excellent service I called to have a recall taken care of for my Ram truck. I was told there were actually two to be completed, given information on the time it would take to do them both, offered alternative transportation and given a quick appointment to get the work done. The whole process was painless and best of all at no cost. : _ ) I have had wonderful experiences with all of the staff I have had connections with, both sales and service. They have my vote on taking care of their customers! Love the truck too! More
Service above and beyond I recently purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie and for some reason the rear wheel shields were not included with the vehicle. I also needed new step ra I recently purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie and for some reason the rear wheel shields were not included with the vehicle. I also needed new step rails installed. Once the parts came in I set up an appointment and when I arrived the vehicle was quickly taken to service for my installs. Usually the customer is not allowed in the service area so we really have no idea what is actually happening with our vehicles. This time my vehicle was located at the back door and I was able to observe everything. Pedro was the technician assigned for my install. He started with the step rails and in less than 15 minutes both sides were installed and ready for use. He then started working on the shields and this is where Pedro really impressed me. Pedro told me this was the first 2019 he had done and unfortunately the new parts did not come with instructions. He started on the drivers side and was having some issues with the new part lining up with the preexisting holes. He went to the passenger side and thought he had installed the shield correctly. However, when he went back to the drivers side he realized that a few clips from the old shield needed to be removed and used on the new ones. Once he installed the drivers side he immediately went to the passenger side, removed what he had installed and reinstalled the shield correctly. As he was wrapping up the install I noticed that a screw had missed the clip and was pushing up the guard. I advised Pedro of this and he quickly got his tools back out and fixed the issue. This was a new process for Pedro and I was sincerely grateful that he took the time to figure out what needed to be done for the shields to be installed correctly. If he hadn't taken this time I would have for sure been required to bring the vehicle back in. The service by Pedro is truly an example of great customer service and going above and beyond to see that everything was done correctly. More

I did tell him the truck is clean and I would appreciate getting it back the same way. 😠 passenger side air bag cover covered with diet/grime. Smudges on the passenger side windshield. But the work was done in less than 45 min. Do I was happy with that aspect. More
A/C is faulty 3 trips (one each summer) to have the A/C checked. Ist summer the service dept told me my jeep never did have freon put in the a/c at the factory. 2n 3 trips (one each summer) to have the A/C checked. Ist summer the service dept told me my jeep never did have freon put in the a/c at the factory. 2nd summer the service dept couldn't find the problem. 3rd summer ( recent visit) service dept couldn't find a definitive problem, but stated that there was no freon in the a/c. Possibly from a very slow leak. Freon was put in. More
