Door ding, can’t find problem but still replaced parts. About 2 months ago I had the center stack and radio replaced because it kept shutting off. When I got the car back, there was a big door ding in the d About 2 months ago I had the center stack and radio replaced because it kept shutting off. When I got the car back, there was a big door ding in the drivers door. The service manager at first said it was not them and a smudge, but after trying to scrape it and clean it off he said I should talk to their body shop. Body shop guy said they were closed but I could set up an appointment to have it looked at. I work 50+ hours a week so it is hard to schedule anything, let alone a cosmetic fix. Then last month i took it in for a loud clunk from the front end. I said I think it’s an axle. After an hour, they said they couldn’t find anything or recreate the problem. I asked them to keep looking. Another hour passes and they come back saying they heard the clunk and are going to replace the axle. Two days later I hear the same noise and have to take it back on my free time. I dropped it off this time to avoid hours of wasted time. I got a call the next day saying they can’t hear anything. So instead of trying to figure it out, the same noise they heard last time, they said to just drive it till it gets worse. I go to pick it up and there is another door ding in the drivers door. I’m done with this dealership for good. I also had a bad experience with one of the sales managers while looking for a New Durango. Very rude and made me buy at another dealer. More

Great Service I don't normally go to dealerships to get my service work done since I've had the privilege of having my father in the car business and doing most of I don't normally go to dealerships to get my service work done since I've had the privilege of having my father in the car business and doing most of the work himself. I had a big service need on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and Trent was able to take care of me. He always makes sure everything is fine with my Jeep, even going so far as to take it over to the service department last time when it needed an alignment. It had another problem that made it dangerous to drive, and he and the people in service stayed past closing time to make sure I understood the problem and got set up with a loaner car. At that visit, I also met someone new to me, Bernard, who did the preliminary alignment check at the express lane. I saw him again this time, and he gave me a big hug! Best visit ever! great service came in for a check engine light, no appt just hoped to see why the light came on Monday morning, was in around 930 and asked while I was there if we came in for a check engine light, no appt just hoped to see why the light came on Monday morning, was in around 930 and asked while I was there if we needed an oil change and tire rotation, and they did that and fixed the check engine light and was done by noon. very happy to be in and out with the issue covered under warranty. thank you!
