I must give a five-star rating today because that is all the numbers of stars available. I have never read a review on what happens after a Service Managers get involved to change the feelings of a dissatis the numbers of stars available. I have never read a review on what happens after a Service Managers get involved to change the feelings of a dissatisfied customer. I feel we should have more reviews on how Service Managers do whatever is necessary to change the minds of dissatisfied customers. I do not know if I am the first and I hope that I am not the last to write a retraction to my first review. The reason I use the word retraction is because the error was not the company's and this I apologize for my one first star rating. I do not want to discuss how my personal situation was resolved. As you read on you will see the common denominator that change my star rating from one to five stars. I want to thank Tony Acock for turning me back to a satisfied customer because I do not trust anyone with my Dodge vehicle. I think it is sad that Service Managers cannot get their own reviews. Why? Because they are the ones who receive the spirit of the customer not just their physical reactions. I know that if a dissatisfied customer discussed their problems with Tony Acock as he always states on each review. I know that they walked away like I did, satisfied. I know that each situation is different but all of us have one common denominator and that is Tony Acock. Tony, you stand by your title Sir, "Service Manager." You service the customer by keeping them informed and you manage the situation to completion. You would not let me leave until I showed you I was satisfied with the work done on my vehicle. Gregg in service did an outstanding job making me feel welcomed and helped. I’m going through a divorce and luckily have an extended warranty on my vehicle, but things could’ve been so bad.
