They worked hard to get parts for my ecodiesel fuel pump recall. Staff very friendly and Stan my service advisor went out of his way to handle my warranty claim. Poor communication is the major problem. Face to face all seems fine, once you leave they forget you… After 3pm it’s like the phone system goes off line… I sensed a true frustration betwe Face to face all seems fine, once you leave they forget you… After 3pm it’s like the phone system goes off line… I sensed a true frustration between the different departments, phone operators, parts and service reps… The service reps seem to be reactive in their service plan rather than proactive … For example when I would call after the time I was supposed to have been updated on service progress Service advisor gets on the phone, starts conversation by “what is going on” Gee I don’t know you tell me, what other reason would I be calling for? I was glad to get my truck out of there, so far truck runs fine. More
