Very poor communication and customer service. I had to call to get my own updates and most of the time had to leave a message. I turned my vehicle in at 7:30am, with an appointment and didn’t get a diagnosis of the issue until 6pm and was charged $290. worst dealership to take your vehicle to. went in for the transmission making a whining sound. same as before when another dealer replaced the transmission. was told something accessory driv went in for the transmission making a whining sound. same as before when another dealer replaced the transmission. was told something accessory drive belt making noise .
