I've had continual problems with Jeep service. In fact, I've had so many problems and told so many people, and nobody has ever listened to anything I have ever said I have decided to sell my jeep In fact, I've had so many problems and told so many people, and nobody has ever listened to anything I have ever said I have decided to sell my jeep and never spend another dime at Jeep again for the rest of my life, including buying a jeep sticker. Which is very sad because the best thing I ever bought in my life was that jeep, but having it serviced and finding the ridiculous things stated is not what I call, creating a loyal customer. Therefore, I will continue to stick with my Hondas. My jeep is a 2015 jeep with 45,000 miles. And every single time I take it to Jeep to get it serviced miraculously there's some big problem with it or they can't rotate my tires when I ask them to or they don't order my radio and then ask me to drive back so they can get the code a month later. Then change my oil and now I all of a sudden have some massive oil problem. More

The wait was far beyond what was required of the scheduled services. The service advisor tried to add on a laundry list of excessive services to up the final cost.
