SERVICE VISIT

I scheduled servie through online portal. Selected oil change ($95), engine air filter($36), tire rotation ($22). I was expecting about $180-200. Wife dropped off truck. Rainer was pretty con Selected oil change ($95), engine air filter($36), tire rotation ($22). I was expecting about $180-200. Wife dropped off truck. Rainer was pretty condescending to her when she had to call me to confirm work. I told him I wanted those three. Wife came home after picking up truck, was charged over $550 for the wrong P.O. (someone else's Jeep). The total for out P.O. was also over $320. Was charged for engine ($46, not $36 as priced online) AND cabin air filter ($36 didn't ask for it), and $80 for labor for the two filters. I was willing to pay $36 for the engine not $150+ for both. That's insane for two paper filters and minutes of time. I had to take off work to come back and ask it all to be fixed. Rainer took $40 off the labor, still charged for both filters and the add'l $40, but added a paper voucher for free oil/lube next time. If I didn't have the free voucher, I probably wouldn't come back, this was a mess and now I'm out about $100 I was expecting to pay rn. More
