Tony, thanks for reaching out. I will contact direct asap to explain the process I had when only having Olathe CDRJ service my 21 SRT hellcat charger. I visited recently to pull all the RO reports to help you understand why I will never return even after having done a purchase once our dodge charger RT scat pack off your lot as others including an SRT 392 (20) and SRT HELLCAT Durango (23) and exclusively trusted you until this event
