Took new van in for a battery issue on a Friday, picked up on Tuesday and van wouldn't start, issue not resolved but no big deal. Josh was great. I waited a while by my car while multiple people asked if I'd been helped (was told I'd have someone coming who was finishing a call). When my car was 'finished' the start/stop alert on my dash hadn't been cleared (came back in - Shawn didn't respond and someone else couldn't figure it out). The dash alert was the reason I did my oil change at the dealership (still there). My little glass turtle I got in Venice Beach that sits on the dashboard was damaged during the service; didn't see that til I got home. An apology would've been nice. More

We were misinformed about our service when picking up our vehicle. We have been waiting over a month for a back ordered part with no updates from the dealer.
