Would rate lower (Zero) if that was an option. I brought my displeasure to both Kassidy and Tony. Both have been in contact with me since my service date. Other than my first oil change after we bought the truck. At that service a tech lifted the truck on a lift and didn't have the arms set right. So all the weight went to the running boards. Awful service department management. Had an appointment scheduled for 8 am, work hadn't even started when I came up pick it up at 5pm. Was told I had cracked windshield washer line yet t Had an appointment scheduled for 8 am, work hadn't even started when I came up pick it up at 5pm. Was told I had cracked windshield washer line yet took it elsewhere and it was just plugged. Had ordered tires to be installed and they never ordered them so they weren't even there to install for the appointment. Called Tony the service manager multiple times and never once got a call back to discuss the problems. They have lost my business. More
