The service advisor did a great job. The cashier did a poor job. If I could give a lower rating, I would. As a customer since 2017, my experience with their service department has been nothing but frustration at every turn. After what I experienced today, I will never go back— hence why I write this review. First, let me stress that they do not value the customer. If they lose your business, so be it. Today, I dropped off my 2018 Jeep Wrangler to have a couple of minor issues looked at. I confirmed with the technician upon drop off that they would call me prior to making any repairs. I was told I would only pay for the “diagnostics,” unless I elected to proceed with the quoted repairs. After hearing the outrageous cost to make the repairs, I respectfully declined. Upon picking up the vehicle, I learned I was being charged $350 in “diagnostic” fees. $350 TO FIX NOTHING. I understand labor and man hours, but $350 was astronomical. I vented my frustration to the service manager, Lucas Kay, that I had no idea I’d be paying $350 simply to have the vehicle looked at. If I would have known, I would’ve declined and left. After explaining my frustration and confusion, it essentially did me no good. In the end, they didn’t care and was forced to pay the full price. This is essentially the same type of service I’ve received in the past. No concern for the customer. As I go to my vehicle to leave, I see they so graciously left me with all of their trash in the vehicle. Thanks Lucas and to the whole Service Dept. I felt so valued and heard as a customer. ETAs for windshield replacement were wrong and had to call for updates. Once the windshield was in no one called me to schedule the appointment. Wasn't scheduled until I eventually called asking for an u call for updates. Once the windshield was in no one called me to schedule the appointment. First off have been trying to call the service center for about three weeks now and all I get is a voicemail and then a text and the problems I am having can just be figured out if someone would answer. Two dropped my truck off at 11 and didn't hear back until around 5ish when you guys were about to close so then had to rush up there to get my truck before you guys closed to find out that all you did all day was look at my truck and not fix anything not even my back seatbelt that has been a safety issue with my kids because they can't tighten there seatbelt while back there. Then on top of that it was great everything was covered by my extended warranty that I paid extra for except for the rear window leak which is a very well known problem and has even been extended to a 150000 mile warranty. But somehow mine is going to cost 1300 dollars to replace when I have been trying to get this problem solved since January when I brought it in and you guys told me you could run the test because it was to cold outside I have videos of it leaking but they said they need a paper trial. Then on top of this with my extended warranty I don't get a rental car for the day while you guys fix problems on my truck that are warranty issues. More
