My husband and I purchased a Toyota Venza at Kenny Thomas Olathe Toyota, this was the first new car we have purchased in years. I was actually dreading going to a dealership to look for a car but our experi Olathe Toyota, this was the first new car we have purchased in years. I was actually dreading going to a dealership to look for a car but our experience at this dealership was nothing but a positive one. We were not high pressured by anyone to purchase a car. Our salesman, Johannes Alberty, answered all our questions about the Venza and let us take home some pamphets concerning the vehicle. About a week to a week and a half later we received a letter from Johannes asking us if we were still interested and if we were he would be happy to help us. We went back the next week and made our purchase. Before we left the dealership a gentleman came out and showed us how to operate a lot of the features on the dash, etc, which was very helpful.
