I've been buying/leasing vehicles from Martin Nissan for over 20 years and I always return because of all of the people that work there. Service has been wonderful for all of these years, plus the benefits over 20 years and I always return because of all of the people that work there. Two days before a road trip to East Coast, I mistakenly drained my CVT fluid instead of motor oil. I was unable to drive the car,feared I ruined the transmission and dreaded cancelling and re-booking hotel drained my CVT fluid instead of motor oil. I was unable to drive the car,feared I ruined the transmission and dreaded cancelling and re-booking hotels. The next morning I called my Service Advisor, Gary Dewig,who told me they were already very busy, but he would talk with his manager and get back to me. Gary called shortly thereafter and advised me to have my car towed to them. Service Manger Guy DiLeo called a few hours later to tell me my car was ready. I have never experienced this kind of consideration and thoughtfulness from any dealer service department or repair shop. Many thanks to Gary Dewig, Guy DiLeo and Service Tech, Mike Kooi for saving my trip. More
