We were looking to replace our older Altima a couple of weeks ago and Tom Pazienza made our process enjoyable & stress-free! He found a car for us to test drive that we may not have otherwise noticed, Th weeks ago and Tom Pazienza made our process enjoyable & stress-free! He found a car for us to test drive that we may not have otherwise noticed, This 2018 Sentra not only had unexpected low mileage and was immaculate inside & out, but he introduced us to some extras with electronics, back up camera, heated seats etc. that our other cars hadn't had. Needless to say, we fell in love with the car! Tom was not only friendly & knowledgeable, but treated us as everyone should be treated walking through the doors of Martin Nissan, as a Nissan family. Although we had our restless 5 year old with us, their "waiting area" was also more than expected and we could have stayed longer if needed as it was not only super clean but extra accommodating for doing kindergarten homework, comfortably watching cartoons & enjoying a snack or 2 & a refreshing drink as well! I wish that we had found Tom & Martin Nissan sooner as we would have purchased our other Nissans here too! All of our future vehicles will of be purchased here for sure! More
