We knew specifically which vehicle we wanted to look at and test drive after viewing the Martin Nissan website. We made some inquiries by text & email with Julia Gertsman, who responded promptly with ans and test drive after viewing the Martin Nissan website. We made some inquiries by text & email with Julia Gertsman, who responded promptly with answers to our initial questions (on a Saturday & Sunday while they were closed)! We then made an in person appointment with Jim Echols. Jim had the car out front and ready for us when we arrived. Loved the car and started the purchase paperwork. There was a slight delay, and Jim offered to buy us lunch for the inconvenience. Joe Zich was also working with Jim and was very helpful and friendly. We were uncomfortable with a minor discrepancy in the paperwork and it was corrected immediately. The car we wished to trade was unavailable at the time of our purchase, so Jim arranged a direct purchase from us a couple of weeks later. Jim and Joe were fun to work with and banter with. We'll be going back for our next purchase. More
