Best experience I have ever had! He didn’t try to xxxxxxxx me just to get the car out of the lot. And my overall experience with Martin Nissan was amazing! I felt right at home from start to finish. Even at times when I was nervous and had questions, Tom made sure he answered all of them and even joked with me along the way to make it feel more personal and not so much like a business transaction. When it came to the financing portion, Malcom was super helpful. He explained the process and I didn’t feel rushed to go through and sign any of the paperwork. I have the tendency to read absolutely everything in front of me before signing and he never once tried to hurry me up and even answered the 8 bagillion questions I had without ever getting annoyed. I even had issues getting insurance switched over because it was later than normal operating business hours by the time everything was said and done and multiple other sales agents in the dealership pitched in and gave names and numbers of insurance agents they knew to answer the phones after hours when they overheard of the struggles I was having at that time. If you’re looking into a new car, I highly highly recommend this dealership. I couldn’t be happier with the car I picked out and everyone at the Martin Nissan dealership made my experience a lot less stressful than I thought it was going to be with their professional but personable and upbeat attitudes.
