I researched which car that I wanted and checked the inventory of all local-ish dealers so I had an idea of what I was willing to pay for a used car. Tom was my salesperson. We did some negotiating but we came to what I believe was a very reasonable price (amazing price compared to a new vehicle). The car had very few miles (5500) and was in spectacular condition. Tom is a really pleasant sales person and I was super comfortable with the deal. They also will do free oil changes for a while and free car washes forever. Awesome bonus. I would buy from there again. I, of course, will update/change this review if anything goes awry with the car but it is still under warrantee (certified pre-owned: the way to go) so I'm not really that worried.
