What more can I say.... First and foremost I'd like to say that this place is phenomenal. The first Nissan I purchased was from a dealership 10 minutes from my house. 11 year First and foremost I'd like to say that this place is phenomenal. The first Nissan I purchased was from a dealership 10 minutes from my house. 11 years ago I ended trading in this car as Martin Nissan and I haven't been anywhere else since. Mind you, I drive over an hour to get here and I probably drive by at least 4 other Nissan dealerships on the way. There's a reason why I've purchased 6 cars here ever since. Joe (new car manager) has always been phenomenal. He's always taken the time to listen to what my needs in a vehicle are and I never feel like I'm just getting "sold". He remembers every car I've purchased, what I enjoyed about it, he asks about my family and makes it feel more like an experience rather than a sale. That's the embodiment of great customer service. I went in last week to return the leased vehicle and Joe took the time to let me know what my options were. What was the end result? I bought out my lease and even purchased another vehicle. 2 cars in 1 visit. Jim Echols has been great. He followes up via phone call, text, email and in person when I stop by to get an oil change. I've been in outside sales before and I always say, "the success is in the follow up." Jim does just that. I'd recommend this place over and over to anyone not just because in believe in Nissan as a brand, but because I believe in the people here. Their customer services is second to none. More
