Excellent I wanted to buy a sports car so I visit nearby car showroom like Ford, Chevrolet. Even I visited Arlington Nissan showroom which was near to my home I wanted to buy a sports car so I visit nearby car showroom like Ford, Chevrolet. Even I visited Arlington Nissan showroom which was near to my home. But their salespeople was just trying to go by the book and process. Which was quite tedious and time taking. However, this was quite opposite with Martin Nissan. First I called for test drive for Nissan 370Z which Chris (the best car salesperson I met so far) brought to my office and explained every thing but not forced to buy. Some day later I visited their office to just discuss the numbers for new car. but couldn't returned without the new car just because of Chris dealing and his energy. Great customer service! Super enthusiastic employees, Searched all over for the final car i ended buying from Martian Nissan. Worked with Chris Palmer for close to a month. Chris answered and followed up on a bevy of questions presented back and forth to his manager on my behalf. Made my flight arrangements and was picked up by Chris and starred the purchase process . Then went through the financial process with Sam (Samantha) who answered all the finance questions. Being from Rochester, NY, I have to admit that Martian staff was by far the best I've had the pleasure to work with. Chris followed up via phone while traveling back to find out how my travels back was going and how the car was responding. He also asked that I let him know when I arrived, which is great "customer service".
