Very friendly and top notch salesperson. The car was ready, clean, and no surprises. No pressure sales at all. Felt like I could have walked away if I wanted. The car was missing a key and the dealership purchased a new key and sent to my home after the sale. Saved me $250. Again, Jim was great. Four stars because: 1. The sales staff or other workers were discussing why I drove so far to make the purchase and laughing about it. The discussion was not with me but amongst themselves. Somewhat condescending and made me want to tell them to go f--- themselves but was respectful towards Jim and his sale. Not his fault. 2. The receptionist had a hard time hearing and or difficult to talk to because she refused to remove her headphones out of her ears. I understand the job is uneventful but.....and seemed annoyed with any interaction with myself and other patrons waiting for service to be completed. 3. First car purchase new or used were the tank wasn't filled up when I drove off the lot. Jim sent a tech to gas the car and was only half full upon his return. Had to stop and get gas on way home. Not sure if Jim was aware or not. An easy way to say; "thank you for purchasing with us because we know we are one of 45,000,000 choices." I blame the condescending remarks and gas fiasco on the dealership as I have read about the jerks in previous reviews. Just stick with Jim and you'll be taken care of. More
