From the beginning, he was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Based on our initial experience with him (and also based on the many positive ratings of this dealership), my husband returned and signed a contract for a car a few days ago. They went out of their way to be helpful during the entire process and even had to go to Wisconsin to make sure they got the red color I really wanted. I picked up the car last night and couldn't be happier. Jim spent a lot of time with me explaining all the functionality of the car and, of course, I signed a lot of papers (all of which went as smoothly as it could). I'm anxious to return for my free car washes and oil changes! More

She did NOT return a phone call to us about a question we had about the vehicle, after stating she would call us right back. We never heard back from her! Eager to purchase the vehicle, we decided to make the trek into the dealership and upon arrival, we were greeted and welcomed by someone named Jim Echols, who remedied our bad experience with Julia. The experience we had with him was nothing short of amazing. Upon arrival at the dealership, we were immediately greeted by Jim and treated like a family member. Jim is super friendly, professional, and has a great attitude. Very easy to work with and answered all of our questions. Wouldn't hesitate to work with him for another purchase in the future. If I could issue less than 1 star for Julia I would. Jim gets 5 stars. More
