Exceptional customer experience I brought my daughter in to look for her first car purchase. We were greeted by Chris Palmer. Told him exactly what our budget was and that we needed I brought my daughter in to look for her first car purchase. We were greeted by Chris Palmer. Told him exactly what our budget was and that we needed to stick to it. He showed us a few cars and even test drive a few. While we was looking at another car he came back and showed us a Ford Fiesta that just got marked down within our budget. My daughter loved it! However, my husband and I wanted her to view all her options. We went to a few other places. Some had nice cars but none of them provided customer service like Chris did. He even checked on us to make sure we was doing okay shopping around. When we came back he looked up the car my daughter liked at another dealership and compared it to the one at Martin Nissan. Chris was patient with us as my daughter decided what car to go with. Chris even worked out a sweet deal for her so she stayed in a reasonable budget. Even Feed Kodroff the business manager was very nice. Fred explain her loan in detail and went over the extended warranty we added. Thank you Martin Nissan and especially Chris for making my daughters first car buying experience a breeze!! More

Best salesman Tom I went into the dealer shop right before they close.
