Internet salesperson Julia Gerstman -- my first point of contact -- was also very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. I called around to other dealers and no one could match the price that Martin gave me for the car/options I was buying. I particularly enjoyed working with sales manager Malcohm Thurman. I asked for "all-in" pricing and he gave me pricing sheets on various models with exact payments including all docs, fees, plates, etc - and this was the exact price on the day of purchase. He was particularly patient -- and stood by the price quote -- even as it took a while on my end to get there and wrap it up. Finance team (Fred Kodroff) was straightforward, no games. The numbers lined up. I'm looking forward to the free oil changes and free car washes. More
