4th car from Martin Nissan I've dealt with Martin Nissan for about 10 yrs now from buying a new Pathfinder and Juke to purchasing a used Altima and my recent purchase a used Ma I've dealt with Martin Nissan for about 10 yrs now from buying a new Pathfinder and Juke to purchasing a used Altima and my recent purchase a used Maxima. My experiences have always been GREAT. Dario Cardella is a no pressure, knowledgeable sales consultant who listens to what you want, what fits into your budget and helps with what your options would be. I brought my son to Martin Nissan and Dario helped him with a purchase. In getting routine maintenance with my cars I have found that Gary Dewig is a pleasure to deal with. His integrity and ability to make you feel at home are priceless. The only complaint is from my wife who was not with me during my recent purchase. We had an issue with SMART PAY and my wife and I called to talk to Samantha Ingles. My wife felt that Samantha was not helpful with our situation and placed the blame of the error on us, and was upset with her unwillingness to help. In the end I am hooked on Martin Nissan !! More

Sorry once I did, a small thing thought it took just a little to long for an oil change, and one of the owners contacted me within hours of posting something on Facebook... He wanted to check with me as to what I felt went wrong and was a caring owner to hear my response. There are many dealers out they were you do feel taken advantage of and get that buyers remorse feeling... We just never had here! Ask for James Culpepper, he went out of his way to make sure all 3 sales were fast and efficient.... More

She took all the time I needed, and listened to what I wanted. She did not try to upsell or steer me to something else. We took a test drive, and even though I always wait a day or more before a big purchase, she made me feel so good about everything that I purchased the car that day. Over time I had problems with Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp., not a part of the dealership I know, but Samantha made multiple calls to get things straightened out. After she moved to the finance office she has been very helpful in a service matter and also another problem with NMAC. My point is, not only was she super in sales, but she was very helpful after the sale, which is a very important part of the overall dealership experience. More

My association with this dealership started with Julia Gertsman calling me in response to my e-mail inquiry. She was very professional and courteous. Noelle Kruppa received me at the the showroom and introduced me to their sales consultant Dario Cardella who helped me with the test drive. Dario spent a good length of time explaining about the car and the dealership. He was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable about their products and services. His empathetic tone and approach made me feel very comfortable discussing my auto preferences. Malcohm Thurman's involvement was very crucial in finalizing the deal. He really went out of the way to help me make the final decision. He took that extra care and time out to talk to my family on the phone to reassure them of the product I am buying and the services and hand-holding the dealership had to offer. To conclude, Fred Kodroff made the financing part a breeze for me and helped me with options that exactly fit my budget. He helped me understand the license, insurance and finance aspects of the deal. I didn't have much understanding of the US laws that governed these subjects. But thanks to Fred, I now am educated!!
