Purchase without Pain! I have been dealing with Martin Nissan for a few years now and it has been quite a great experience as it relates to purchasing vehicles, service, cus I have been dealing with Martin Nissan for a few years now and it has been quite a great experience as it relates to purchasing vehicles, service, customer service, etc. A couple of weeks ago I spoke with Dario Cardella on the phone about possibly trading-in my 2013 Nissan Rogue for the new 2015 Rogue. However, I got busy and didn't schedule a time to go in and make the deal or at least discuss making the deal. In the meanwhile, however, I noticed that it was time for my 2013 Rogue to be serviced with an oil & filter change; so I went in to have it serviced. While talking with David in the service department, Dario pops up smiling broadly as usual. He'd noticed that I had scheduled service for the 2013 Rogue and took this opportunity to continue our trade-in conversation. What I really appreciated was that I didn't feel harassed! I'd told Dario what I wanted, what I didn't want, and what I was or was not willing to do.....He listened to me! So there was no lot of back and forth haggling that sometimes goes on at car dealerships with pushy salesmen. I didn't get that "Let me take advantage of her because she is a woman" feeling. So, I went in to get an oil change on the 2013 Rogue and drove out with a spanking brand new 2015 Rogue! I appreciate the respect and great customer service from Dario, but also from the entire staff that I encountered at the dealership! These folks at Martin Nissan give credence to the term "Customer Service" because they are truly proficient in "Servicing their Customers". If you are in the market for a new vehicle, check out Martin Nissan in Skokie and ask for Dario. He will listen to you and not try to oversell or talk you into a vehicle or a deal that you are not comfortable with. More

Consistently Superb Customer Service. This is now my 10th year as a satisfied Martin Nissan customer and I just purchased my 3rd car last Saturday from the same gentleman, Jim Pigone who This is now my 10th year as a satisfied Martin Nissan customer and I just purchased my 3rd car last Saturday from the same gentleman, Jim Pigone who sold me my Xterra in 2004. I have been in this dealership for all the service and maintenance work on both the Xterra and my 2013 Rogue. Last Saturday my wife and I came in to look and finally walked out very satisfied with a 2015 Rogue(SL/AWD). Mr. Pigone, as pleasant and professional as he was when I first met him in 2004 made the process so easy and efficient (test drive, sales/financial paperwork and car prep), that my wife and I drove out of the lot with our 2015 Nissan Rogue in 3 hours. Jim listened very carefully to what we wanted in a car and for how much we were willing to spend. There was none of the back-and-forth negotiating involved. Victor Aguilar had all the financial papers ready for us to sign and was so patient to go over the terms/conditions of the contract with my wife and myself. David Shearer did a very thorough job of giving us the test drive, explaining and walking us through the new and awesome features of the car. Overall, it was an excellent ***** experience. Service and maintenance work in this dealership is superb(my service consultant is Gary Dewig) and with "FREE Lifetime Oil Changes" to top it off. We were politely greeted by David and he took us on a test drive were he explained all the benefits and features of the car. Later that week we visited a couple more Nissan dealerships where we didn't receive anywhere near the service that we did at Martin. It was because of David and Joe we choose Martin and not the other dealerships. They also have free oil changes, car washes and lunch on Saturdays for their customers. More
