Easiest sale they ever could have had and the experience was severely lacking. The salesman basically did nothing for us except try and tell me the best rate I could get was because of my credit score which was severely lacking. The salesman basically did nothing for us except try and tell me the best rate I could get was because of my credit score which was over 800. On top of that they tried to push off a tariff fee on a used car that is 8 years old. Also a burned out electrical socket on the wall was left with burn marks going up the wall, extremely low class. Kind of telling that my salesman isn't even listed to review. Never going back and would never do business again. More

BUYER BEWARE! !! Old Orchard Nissan advertised prices are false! We were ready to pay cash for a used Tesla yesterday and after they realised we were not fina !! Old Orchard Nissan advertised prices are false! We were ready to pay cash for a used Tesla yesterday and after they realised we were not financing they raised the price over $10,000! Not only that but when the sales manager Tom came over to speak with us, he was extremely rude and disrespectful to my wife and I. He completely interupted me saying "You don't get what you want and wish for!" We drove over an hour to see and buy this Tesla which was advertised for $30,888 only to have these xxxxx tell us it's over $40,000!!! What a waist of time and insulting remarks. The only people that are happy buying cars here are the ones getting ripped off financing with them. I will never do business with them or their sister dealships!!!! More
