Lacks customer service and suggests unnecessary repairs. I had a loaner and was NOT notified my card was ready. I've received good service at Martin with other scheduled service. However, this recent visit, I brought in my car for a recall service which turned into a disappointment. One, they didn't have the parts f service. However, this recent visit, I brought in my car for a recall service which turned into a disappointment. One, they didn't have the parts for the recall even after scheduling the appointment which meant, I had to leave my car and get a rental to come back on a different day. Secondly, the cars remote start stopped working after the recall service was completed. As of now, I have not been able to resolve my remote start issue with Martin Nissan because I was told by Rich(in service) that it requires me take my car in for service. Unfortunately, I live over 30 miles away from the dealership and no other dealership will service my vehicle but recommend to take it back to Martin Nissan so they can take a look. More
