Best car buying experience by far Jamie and the crew at ole Ben Franklin are the best at what they do. They got me approved and in a car within 1 hour. We took our car home and over the weekend we experienced some transmission troubles. This is a stressful situation. I contacted my salesman (Harry) and he answered immediately. I told him the situation and he had us a loaner car that Monday. They reversed our deal completely and got me into another car that was newer and less miles and made it the same price. There exact words when I said thank you and I appreciated them was (We gotta do what’s right). To me there is no better place to do business. I completely recommend them. More
