Drove it the next day and it catches on fire, we spend a lot of money on it, then trade it back to them because they were going to give all our money back ,that was a LIE .and now a month later we are still having to get our truck financed. I overheard an older man taking to a sales guy about a deal the mom was going to co sign with great credit. The older man told the sales guy that it was way too much car for the guy . It’s very wrong to mislead people just to get them to come in . I even asked the sales guy if we were still getting the 2015 Kia Sorento and he said yes . We are going to make it happen but it was all lies More

Absolutely horrible we got a 2017 Ford fusion with a trade-in and 500 down we drove the car for 2 weeks when we went to pay the $500 down they informed us that somehow ou we got a 2017 Ford fusion with a trade-in and 500 down we drove the car for 2 weeks when we went to pay the $500 down they informed us that somehow our bank loan didn't go through and they needed $4,000 down and immediately repossess the car from us now we're out $200 for the insurance we paid on the car and back to our old vehicle. We we're never informed that there was any possibility that the loan wasn't approved. Why would we have the car? And when they found out that the down payment had drastically changed no one called to inform us....shady business. Also Ashley the one who got us the loan in the first place is no where to be found. Dissatisfied is an understatement. More

worst sales and service experience ever! I hope the owner Mike M. doesn't knowingly allow this kind stuff to go on. This is only a small part of the ridiculous lies and events we went through . 7/30/18 We bought a car that had just came in as a trade earlier in the day.It needed brakes and the check eng. light was on.they signed their agreement that they would take care of the issues if I purchased the car .I did all the paperwork to buy it, but I refused delivery till the repairs were done.On 8/1 they said it was finished, it wasnt and after over 2 months of yanking me around. Also they were going to trade me out of that car into another car and of course everything they had wouldnt work for me or was more money which I feel was a bait and switch, my paperwork says they gave me $3500 for my trade ,their paperwork shows $1800 for my trade.On 10/11/18 I finally got it back. They said they replaced the engine (doubtful)(xx. eng. code said it was a sensor) and they also tried to get the warranty co. to replace the transmission but the warranty co.said no. It ended up only being a clip had came loose on the trans.They are dishonest and their service dept. is a joke. I will never go back or recommend them to anyone. More
