Service was great! I appreciated the offer of a rental car since the work was extended into the next day. Staff was very courteous, and professional. I appreciated the offer of a rental car since the work was extended into the next day. Staff was very courteous, and professional. More
Straightfoward and explained process well. Straight forward with car pricing and explained the forms signed. The cars in front of the dealership are also really cool to look at. I was told to get to my state asap with my new contract at the dealership (but no title though it was fully paid for) for registration. Well, I drive almost 3k miles to find out that wasn’t true. Other sta at the dealership (but no title though it was fully paid for) for registration. Well, I drive almost 3k miles to find out that wasn’t true. Other states require a title. So, that advice was false. Then I had to drive back to my temporary state = 4700 miles. This was a total waste. Also, The tags I had were not right. I got temp registration in the mail weeks later. Then, I got the title about 30 days later. CA is not like most states for registration. We also paid for sales tax in CA though we were not registering it in CA. That is a lot of wasted time & $. If you’re out of state, don’t come to this dealership. If your in state, it’s a totally different experience, More
