One Toyota of Oakland came through with a fair and straightforward purchasing experience. No games and it was unbelievably simple. I worked with Carlos Cervantes from start to finish. I let him know what vehicle and options I was interested in. He provided a few vehicles that matched my requirements. We found one that had specs with a reasonable timeline for delivery. I placed a security deposit and it was just a matter of waiting for the vehicle to arrive. Carlos kept me in the loop on the car’s status with weekly updates. He was prompt to answer any of my questions. We were able to handle the paper work electronically and they even offer home delivery! It also arrived with a full tank! Thank you Carlos and One Toyota!! Satisfied customer, they will be my first stop next time I want another Toyota. More

How lucky we were to have Gustavo Torres as our sales manager. He was able to find one of the most sought-after cars in the country within a couple of days and then to shepherd us through its complex pur manager.
