I service was good. My only problem was my wait time. I arrived at 9:45 and didn't leave until 2:30. One Toyota did exactly what and when they/Tee ,(service rep) said they would do for a recall service. They also offered a ride...I opted to walk the nearby MLK Shoreline Trail. Staff not considerate of customer’s needs and lack general manners. Upon checking in I was told service would take 2 hours. Because of that I decided to wait. Once two hours passed the staff did not i general manners. Upon checking in I was told service would take 2 hours. Because of that I decided to wait. Once two hours passed the staff did not inform me that it would take longer than expected. I had to go find the staff myself and ask. Then they said it would only be another 15 minutes. I though that’s okay I can wait another 15. That was a lie, overall I had to wait 4 hours, double the promised time. And there was no acknowledgement or apology over the delay. Very inconsiderate, I missed work for this when I could have just gone and done my job and come after. Had they stuck to their promise of 2 hours, or simply not made that promise in the first place I would not be upset and I would have gone to work but noe they cost me a day of pay. More
