I’ve been a repeat customer at One Toyota Oakland and usually have good experiences, which made this last visit disappointing. There was confusion at pickup and I was initially brought the wrong vehicle; usually have good experiences, which made this last visit disappointing. There was confusion at pickup and I was initially brought the wrong vehicle; while mistakes happen, the clerk was condescending as if this was my mistake. I didn’t receive the usual explanations or multi-point inspection details about the service nor was told when to come back or anything about the remaining services on my Toyota Care. Less than 1000 miles after this service my vehicle is already showing a “Maintenance Required” alert. I emailed the service manager but haven’t received a response after a week. I’m hoping the dealership reviews this visit and reaches out to clarify the service. More

It has nothing to do with the sales representative. I contacted your location on multiple occasions, asking for details on what my service plan was, and if it was still active, no one ever got back to I contacted your location on multiple occasions, asking for details on what my service plan was, and if it was still active, no one ever got back to me. I ended up having to book an appointment where I found out my free services were no longer available. I would not have booked the appointment if I had known that. More
